MAINTRAIN JANITORAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Training program will be divided into 3 levels - each level consist of 300 hours or 12 weeks of daily 5 hours combine classroom, workshop and on-site on the job training.
Students MUST pass test, attend all classroom, workshop and on-site on-the-job training, and complete 100% of assignments at each level in order to proceed to the next.

The Advance course will be for supervisory, maintenance management, contractor and entrepreneurship training. This is a 460 hours program - 4-5 months; consist of mainly classroom training and possible internship.
Course Tuition will be as follows:

Preliminary course - cleaner;
- Chargeable Fee - $600

Student will commence on apprenticeship training providing:
- On completion of minimum 40 to 50 percent of classroom and workshop instruction (approximately 5-6 weeks).
- Completion of 80% assignment.
- Must received 80% or better pass rate on mid-term review and test.
- Student will be provided with a transport stipend of $50 per week when apprenticeships commence.

Intermediary course - janitor;
- Chargeable Fee - $500

Student will commence on apprenticeship training providing:
- On completion of minimum 40 to 50 percent of classroom and workshop instruction (approximately 2-4 weeks).
- Completion of 80% assignment.
- Must received 80% or better pass rate on mid-term review and test.

Prerequisite:
- To qualify student must clear back ground and drug test
- Must have minimum understanding English skills - ESL3-4
- Must be in good health and capable of physical work
